Before you send your products, please make sure your products meet our basic product requirements:
PRODUCT CONDITION:
Clean, unworn products w/o stains, holes, damages, or production defects.
SIZE:
The products between 30'x30'x30' - 50'x30'x30' are considered oversized.
WEIGHT:
Up to 20 lbs. Additional charges may be applied as the product weight is over 20 lbs.
APPAREL NOTES:
Make sure to send the proper size.
Make sure that your product(s) are clean.
We provide the ironing/steaming service for clothing images included in the price.
If we receive any garments that were used in an on-figure shoot or were previously worn by a person and not laundered prior to sending to us, the order will be declined due to the unsanitary nature of the garments for health and safety reasons.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The total price and turnaround time may vary depending on studio availability, product category, product condition, and any specific shooting directions you provide.
Additional charges may apply if:
The product shows visible production defects, stains, holes, or scratches.
Additional time is required to style the product, make it appear symmetrical, or correct issues during retouching.
