Refund Policy

At Studio Nula, we are committed to providing a high standard of service and clear expectations regarding refunds across our offerings. Below is a breakdown of our refund terms for services, memberships, rush fees, and more.


Photography & Retouching Services

We do not issue refunds for photography, retouching, or any additional services once the work has been completed and delivered in the form of final images.

However, we aim to ensure your satisfaction through the following options:

  • Remote Approval and Join the Shoot services.

  • Free or paid revisions, as outlined in our Revision Policy


Membership Refunds

Refunds for Membership plans are available, minus the value of discounts applied to any services used within the membership.

Tip: We recommend trying our services before purchasing a Membership Plan to ensure it aligns with your expectations.


Rush Fee Refunds

If we do not deliver your project within the agreed Rush timeframe, we will provide a full refund of the Rush fee.


Refunds for Unused Images

We do not offer refunds for unused images. Our pricing is based on the services rendered—including photography, retouching, and any add-ons—not the usage or publication of images. Since images are custom created for you and we cannot control how images are used once delivered, we do not issue refunds for services already completed.
