Revision Policy

Updated over 2 months ago

Once your project is complete and you’ve received the link to your online gallery, you have 5 business days to request any edits.

Revision requests submitted after this 5-day period will still be accepted but will be considered paid revisions.

To help us deliver the best results, please clearly highlight the areas needing changes and include detailed instructions or visual references. The more specific you are, the better we can meet your expectations.

What Revisions Are Free?

Revisions are free when they result from issues on our end, including:

  • Failure to follow the approved shot list or retouching directions.

  • Color matching errors, based on clear references or instructions.
Note: Color matching is not the same as recoloring.

  • Incorrect reflections on shiny objects like jewelry or watches, if they don’t match the provided examples.

  • Severe mistakes such as using the wrong mannequin, shooting items upside down, or similar critical errors.

  • Minor retouching such as:

    • Removing or softening a few folds/wrinkles

    • Decreasing image size

    • Reducing padding

    • Adjusting shadow size, color, or intensity

    • Sharpening images*

Please note: White products on a white background may appear soft due to low contrast, not due to a lack of sharpness.

What Revisions Are Paid?

Paid revisions are billed at $25/hour. However, we do not charge for minor edits that take less than one hour.

Paid edits typically include:

  • Any requests after the 5-day approval period.

  • Changes to the angle, layout, styling, or background after production begins.

  • Adding new angles, props, or increasing image size.

  • Edits that result from unclear or open-ended instructions.

  • Requests not included in the original proposal or shoot brief.

  • Recoloring the product.

  • Modifying product shape (e.g., on mannequins or flat lays) without reference examples provided in advance.

  • Revisions based on incorrect or mismatched examples provided before production.

  • Full removal of wrinkles if it was not included in the proposal.

  • Adding folds/wrinkles if “No Wrinkles” was requested.

  • Fixing defects in the actual product not related to photography quality.

  • Changing reflections if they match the approved examples.

  • Requests for changes after images match the test shot approved by the client.

  • Any changes requested without specific instructions before production began.

Revision Turnaround Time

  • Standard edits (no reshoot needed): Up to 3 business days.

  • Reshoots: Will follow the standard turnaround time outlined in your proposal.
