For orders of up to 50 standard images, the estimated turnaround time is 8 business days for non members after we receive both your products and payment.
Rush
Rush orders are completed at double the speed of Standard orders, typically within 4 business days.
Important Notes:
If you’ve requested test shots, please note they are not included in the official turnaround time. Test shoots generally take an additional 3–5 business days depending on the shoot complexity and how quickly you provide feedback.
Turnaround time begins at 10:00 a.m. the next business day after both your products and payment have been received.
Turnaround times may vary based on product type, product quality, and any specific project requirements.
Edits or revisions requested after image delivery are not included in the original turnaround time.
While turnaround times are standardized across all studios, delays may occur during periods of high order volume.
