When a package is marked as delivered but you haven't heard from us yet, you might wonder what’s happening.
At Studio Nula, we are responsible for all items that have physically crossed our door and are present at the studio. Once we officially receive your package, we review your order. If we find any inconsistencies or have any questions, we'll reach out before sending the invoice.
If we haven’t contacted you yet, it means we haven’t received your package.
Why might tracking say "delivered" when we don't have it?
Unfortunately, shipping hiccups happen even with major logistics carriers. Some common causes include:
Packages left at the mailroom
Dropped off with the building manager's office
Delivered to another tenant
Sent to the wrong building
Still in the driver’s truck
Drivers are often overwhelmed, and errors do occur. Sometimes, packages marked as "delivered" show up days later without notice.
What to do if this happens
If your tracking says delivered but you haven't heard from us:
Send us your tracking number (if you haven’t already).
We'll immediately check all common delivery spots and start an investigation with the carrier.
We’ll acknowledge the package as soon as it’s in our possession. If we haven’t confirmed receipt, it means we genuinely do not have it yet.
Important to Know
Studio Nula is not responsible for shipping carrier errors or delays.
Unfortunately, we cannot expedite production at our expense due to carrier issues.
If you have a strict deadline, please inform us upfront so we can add rush service to your invoice.
We’ll always do our best to help locate any missing package as quickly as possible — but shipping irregularities are unpredictable, and early planning is the best way to avoid emergencies.
