Shipping & Delivery Options

You have two ways to deliver your products to Studio Nula:

  • Drop-Off: You can schedule a drop-off at the Studio Nula by email.

  • Ship: You can ship your products using the carrier of your choice and provide us with the tracking number once sent.


Important Notes:

  • Include your Order Number clearly inside your package for faster and accurate processing.

  • We strongly recommend avoiding USPS for shipping, as we've seen an increasing number of lost or damaged packages with their services.

  • Do not ship or drop off your products before submitting your shoot request unless otherwise is agreed.

  • Studio Nula is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages before they arrive at our studio, or for products once they leave our studio.

  • A product is considered "delivered" once you receive a delivery confirmation email from the Studio Nula team.


Once your products arrive:

  • We will review the total number of items received.

  • If any extra items are included that were not originally listed, they will be billed separately in a new invoice or your existing invoice may be updated.
