You have two ways to deliver your products to Studio Nula:
Drop-Off: You can schedule a drop-off at the Studio Nula by email.
Ship: You can ship your products using the carrier of your choice and provide us with the tracking number once sent.
Important Notes:
Include your Order Number clearly inside your package for faster and accurate processing.
We strongly recommend avoiding USPS for shipping, as we've seen an increasing number of lost or damaged packages with their services.
Do not ship or drop off your products before submitting your shoot request unless otherwise is agreed.
Studio Nula is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages before they arrive at our studio, or for products once they leave our studio.
A product is considered "delivered" once you receive a delivery confirmation email from the Studio Nula team.
Once your products arrive:
We will review the total number of items received.
If any extra items are included that were not originally listed, they will be billed separately in a new invoice or your existing invoice may be updated.
