This guide explains why proper shipping is essential both for making sure your products reach Studio Nula safely and for keeping your photography project on schedule.
Well-prepared deliveries help us complete the item review faster. If products are missing, mislabeled, or arrive damaged, this process can take longer and potentially delay your shoot. Following the guidelines below will help ensure everything stays on track.

Tips to Avoid Delays
When your package arrives, our team cross-checks every product against your shot list. To help us complete this review as soon as possible and to avoid delays, please follow these steps:
Include a printed SKU sheet
Place a clear, printed list inside the box with each SKU, description, size/color (if applicable), and quantity. If preferred, you can label each item instead.
Label every product clearly
This helps us quickly identify each item—especially important for large shipments or products that look similar.
Organize by category
Group similar items together (e.g., all apparel in one section, accessories in another). If shipping multiple projects at once, separate each project’s products into its own box.
Best Practices by Product Category
Apparel & Accessories
Size: For ghost mannequin photography, send sizes that match our mannequin measurements. See mannequin size chart.
Bags: If you want bags photographed “open” or “stuffed,” pre-stuff them before shipping to avoid additional fees.
Cosmetics & Liquids
Swatches/Samples: Send multiple samples of each item to ensure accurate color and texture capture.
Packaging Condition: If the product packaging will appear in photos, send items in flawless condition—no dents, scratches, or leaks.
Jewelry & Fragile Items
Insurance: Always insure valuable or delicate items.
Protection: Wrap each item individually in bubble wrap or foam.
Label: Mark your shipment as “Fragile” so handlers take extra care.
Oversized Items
Assembly: You can ship pre-assembled products or request assembly on-site for $20 per item (include instructions).
Delivery Support: For large or heavy items, arrange delivery assistance to ensure safe unloading.
