Once you’ve approved your project, you can retrieve your items in one of the following ways:
Schedule a pick-up from the Studio Nula location.
Send us a prepaid return label in the box when shipping so we can ship your items back to you once your order is completed.
Donate your items — If you don’t need the products returned, just let us know, and we’ll donate them to local charities on your behalf.
Important Notes:
We hold onto your products until the project is fully approved. This allows for any necessary reshoots or color matching during post-production, if needed.
After receiving the approval link for your images, you have 5 business days to request any edits.
Revision requests made after this period are still welcome but will be subject to additional fees.
